They send very comfortable chairs to their employees cause they will spend at least half of their days to commit to the crazy abuses from the company

Cons

It was a total waste of time and energy to believe in the supposed good intentions of this company, They have the worst Art Directon in the entire industry which translates in headaches, working overtime, etc. If you like to be discriminated and humillated then go and work for this company! A completely dissapointment

Pros

- Flexibility is king - Amazingly talented co-workers - Fun place with fun people - They provide a Cintiq HD and a powerful notebook for you to work on - They also provided a Herman Miller chair for best ergonomic practices - Great projects to work on

Cons

- A global company can be tricky to manage, with plenty of time-zones to be aware of - The pipeline is really tight and vertical, which is good, but sometimes it hinges creativity and proactivity, so you won't "waste energy on the wrong thing" - Salaries are mostly decent, but it's not following the current inflation - They open jobs for new hires that I can easily see some co-workers fitting in, but afaik they never checked with them, and rather bring someone new to take place.
