      Training Bad, Hard to get paid

      Pros

      Working from home was the best part of my Sitel experience.

      Cons

      The training for technical work was much too short. Going into actual production, most of us on the team felt totally unprepared. It's mostly learn as you, which is very hard on customers. My reason for leaving was one that I've never encountered in my entire working career. I simply was paid after I was in production. When I didn't receive my pay, I was told by HR that I would get a Visa Prepaid Card, which I believe is completely illegal. The company is not solvent, and can't afford to pay. I would stay far, far away.

      Will not feel work under pressure.. Management and Support will be friendly Will be able to learn and will get get most of the preferred off's

      Pay Package will be less compared to any company. Still using Old systems , headsets, and chairs .NO dedicated Bay or Pods ,

      Sitel St. Catharines: An awful place to work

      I enjoyed my peers. This has a 20 word minimum but there was nothing else I liked about the place.

      Cons

      There is a lot of micro managing, awful pay, shift bids every 90 days. They don't care about their employees, Operations and Team managers talk rudely about the reps behind their backs, and favoritism is huge there. I was employed there from 2006-2012. The new Operations team for the Cox campaign as of 2012 was the worst I've ever seen. They have no clue how to run the campaign and they don't care about their employees. I needed a flexible schedule because of my schooling, and this was never a problem until the new Operations team took over. All of a sudden I was no longer allowed to work part-time, I was forced to work full-time. I quit within a week.
