absolutely no advantages in getting hired

Cons

bad company with stalker team managers who do everything they can to eliminate the best agents. Haemorrhagic turnover of agents with the aim of paying them as little as possible and eliminating the most experienced ones. The most incompetent agents who know English are promoted to higher levels

Thank you for your honest review. Call center work can be stressful especially during peak seasons. Deland has a new account, and the pay is now $17 per hour. We offer extensive training and ensure that our associates have the resources and support they need to help alleviate that stress.
