Management seems to be lacking in progressive trends and is help back by unions from properly dealing with situations.

Pros

great benefits, great opportunities for advancement, wonderful work setting, and extremely gratifying job to have.

Cons

Very corporate structure so sometimes it was difficult to implement changes. Seasonal staffing structure was ineffective during Holiday seasons resulting in near-to-impossible demands on the job and decrease in customer satisfaction.
