Pros

Good benefits: Medical and Dental. Also, as an employee, you get to visit other Four Seasons Hotels, a privilege that usually only the wealthy enjoy. Lunch is part of your compensation.

Cons

Due to the nature of the business, the hours are not steady unless you are an accountant. Promotions and transfers aren't easy to come by, especially if you're not one of the favorites of the company.
