Cons

It can be challanging to get your foot in the door because they are very selective of their staff and ther are limited number of hotels world wide.

Good package Nice staff cafeteria Promote sense of empowerment Staff usually get the sense of being important and that they actually participate in every achievement Fast pace working....if you fits in

Cons

Working hours can be exhausting Lots of interruption for your daily work Not a steady state/ production line like industry Work/life balance is a mess Completely suck your life and you won't feel the days going by, you basically go to work when is's dark and leave after it gets dark!!
