Pros

They offer reasonable benefits. The health insurance policies are good, dental insurance is worthless. They also offer 'comp nights' at their hotels if you are lucky enough to get approved.

Cons

Disrespectful Management starts at the top and gets worse. 'Comp nights" are impossible to get if you cannot get vacation time approved. Seemed like there were always excuses as to why this happens. LONG HOURS and less than market pay. Completely clueless HR departments who play favoritism. Hours of silly paperwork that literally benefit no one. Employee meals are often inedible.
