Pros

Four Seasons is an incredible company that treats their employees very well.

Cons

The hotel had some changes in upper management over the past six months, and it drastically changed the work environment. The hotel no longer has the Four Seasons feel, and it does not feel like the new upper management cares about the employees.

Pros

Benefits, positive management for line staff, comp nights, task force to help other properties, yearly reviews, emplyee opinion surveys that they listen too.

Cons

Employee opinión survey dictates a lot of how you should act or they will be breathing down your throat, company success is based on how much brown nosing you do to the right people.
