Pay is alright. Travel benefits that are almost impossible to use.

Cons

Managers just don’t care. Focus is on leveling up themselves. Standards are impossible to meet without any support

Pros

Great employee traveling benefits - comp nights.

Cons

Incompetent leaders with huge egos. High turnover with management because there’s no career opportunities or appreciation. People are told not to share salary increases with peers which is illegal. Lack of diversity.
