Learned a lot, but not a lot of growth opportunities if your aren’t willing to move

I loved the people I worked with and found the job very rewarding; however, growth is very limited unless someone leaves or unless you are willing to move cities

Cons

The pay was not great, you’re expected to work over time, weekends and there was very little work from home flexibility
