there were no pros to be found

Cons

Not only did we have to act as FedEx for packages, Ballon designers for birthdays, & do everything under the sun for guests. We were overworked & greatly underpaid.

Truly a family atmosphere among staff. Internal promotion as long as you display eagerness, competency and growth. Great company as a whole.

Cons

The company lives by The Golden Rule but isn't showcased by all managers. Hotel industry known to not pay well.
