      Pros

      I was fresher and was given ample opportunities to learn and grow as a programmer. I worked with New Era System Pvt Ltd for four years. Salaries are always paid on time. In these four years, salary never got delayed even for one month. After resignation, I was given experience certificate. Owners have strong business ethics. Company policy is to provide best services and on time.
