Pros

- Flexibility to choose location of work (if jobs are aplenty!) - Better earning than permanent roles - Can spend on training/ certifications as desired, than be dependent on employer sponsoring - The potential to becoming a full fledged entrepreuner at some stage

Cons

- Difficult to move across skills (almost impossible) - On normal medical requiremetns, hard to take leave, as there won't be pay - Less holidays than on Perm jobs, to devote to family, vacations etc - Bad news for economy would get all wrong enzymes secrete in the body ! Hazardous for health !!
