      - Limited opportunities to develop and progress, with great reluctance to support development. - Limited scope in individual roles. - Slow and dated decision making processes, typical of big pharma. - Reluctance to change and evolve operations. - Unhealthy competitive environment with absence of team environment. - Unhealthy performance review system includes use of the forced-distribution performance model. - Blame and bully culture accepted and conducted by management - Limited belief or acting on own company values.
