      Great benefits Great ideas Great team members

      Cons

      Leadership is toxic Not what you know but who you are willing to sleep with to move up. Lots of unwelcome and inappropriate touching. If you complain about anything you are the problem. Even when you come with a solution. They expect you to be adaptive, agile, and not opposed to change- but only the change they are proposing. No moving up without compromising your values.

      Pros

      Offer secondment's which allow you to try a position in a different role than what you normally work in. Flex Schedule.

      Cons

      Yearly layoff's have been happening the last few years, however most of the time those ready for retirement will take a package. This is more common in QC.

      Not for the fainte hearted

      Pros

      Good salary, good reputation. Pharma and Vaccines make a real difference in the world. Consumer business not so much.

      Cons

      It's a "dont rock the boat" company. Dont say anything different, dont try anything different. Leadership has no idea what is happening under them, toxic environments, bullying, and so many employees having burn outs. Slow, burocratic and unable to grow brands.
