      Good opportunities to get broad experience.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Senior Leadership doesn’t walk the talk about values. Not focused on performance, no pipeline, and plenty of nepotism. Salaries are well below industry average.

      discrimination based on nepotism, people without right knowledge being promoted, honest and hard working individuals left behind and loaded with other's work, total waste of time

      Good Company with Some Cultural Issues

      Slow to act on the right changes while keep emphasising on improvements. Workload is higher for the people who can perform well to compensate on others.
