      Work-life balance, but stagnant promotions and unclear development

      - Work life balance - Salary is okay

      Cons

      - Lack of promotions. Even with on the job training and skills promotions still rely on what college degree you completed. - Higher positions are usually filled by external hires instead of looking at internal employee capabilities - Lack of clear development plans for employees. Employees are constantly told, "It is up to the employee how they want to develop." There is no guidance for options or opportunities. - Constantly shifting project priorities - Not a lot of projects to work on on the R&D side

      Good benefits overshadowed by toxic politics and poor management

      Only benefits are good unlike other companies , the company has unlimited sick leaves were few employees make bad use of it,

      Too much politics, they must learn to respect women employees
