      Not much; probably cheque at the end of the month even that is below market value

      Long list: Leadership is full of arrogant idiots who don't know their right from the left "Talking" is what counts - I mean opening mouth to say something, doesn't matter what it is- no one cares about who walks the walk Full of new graduates under the title "CMT" who have absolutely no knowledge of the industry, products, customers or pretty much anything but they go far with their short skirts and the 5-inch heels

      Pros

      Good benefits, nice office. Coworkers are knowledgable and you can have fun and learn a lot.

      Cons

      They have found new ways not to pay out bonus. The forced ranking system is a total lie, and things like gender and race get thrown in the mix. They tout transparency and they are anything but. Used to be a place you were proud to be at, but anymore leadership and anyone able are jumping ship at an alarming rate of speed. The people go away, the work does not, and no one wants to make a decision, so those still left there are overwhelmed.

      Salaries and benefits. Global presence. Leading products.

      Cons

      NON respect for a 25 years long committed employee. Terminated as a robber or even worst. So NOT the company I though I worked for. I was so proud. But the "Respect for People" they mentioned everyday is just in manuals. Its NON existant watsoever.
