      EXCELLENT benefits and perks, very flexible, female and male leaders who seem to "get it," feel close to leadership, complaints and roadblocks to doing job get escalated and you feel heard.

      Cons

      Tough business in general, MANY changes that happen VERY frequently, if you do not like change, you will not survive nor would you like working here.

      Extroverted "speak up" employees and leadership are being managed out of the organization. New culture prioritizes appearance to the general public, even if it means sacrificing their integrity.
