      Great colleagues, good benefits and culture. Depending on the manager there is a good emphasis on training and broadening your skill base. There are opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Poor lab facilities in many areas with aging equipment. Flexible work at home options and vacation policy.

      Benefits, was good bonuses lots of learning of new things, Management bring in new people with new ideas . I worked in a department with hard work some time, but it help your working career

      The company took too long to get to the root of some of the problems .We had some people not wanting to train new people , because bonuses was given on knowledge ratings

      Pros

      GSK singapore has strong leaders that will definitively help you along the way especially if you are new. In the team that i had the privileged to work with (marketing and sales), everyone was close and helped each other if there was any problems.

      Cons

      An organization as whole, the management systems are quite messy. As there are a lot of levels of authority to pass through before approval, sometimes your work can be quite inefficient.
