      Pros

      GSK has great values which I truly believe in and can stand behind. I'm proud to work for a company that continues to give back (be patient focused, Commit to transparency, Always demonstrate the highest integrity in our conduct, show respect to people)

      Cons

      As like all Pharmaceutical companies within the industry, this work can be stressful and very competitive. One could get lost, demotivated and frustrated if not grounded in knowing why they are there (patient first).

      Pros

      Great people, great benefits. Car, free gas. Flexibility, good pay

      Cons

      not as stable as it used to be. Lots of reorganization/changes/layoffs in recent years. Lack of consistency with senior leadership team-changing the rules in the middle of the game. GSK is so scared of doing anything out of compliance that sales reps are finding it harder and harder to be able to sell. As of 2011, there will no longer be individual goals or sales achievements
