Horrible with people

Pros

Good International exposure and opportunity to move around into different roles

Cons

I was treated absolutely horribly through an HR process at the end of my time there and ultimately decided to leave. They use the typical line that everything is being done equitably but everyone knows that it is not. I even made a complaint to HR and ultimately nothing was done. I decided to leave the company after that and it was the best decision I ever made. They really don’t treat their people well when it comes to HR processes.

Pros

It used to be a good place sometime ago, but current leaders are toxic!

Cons

My experience at this company has been deeply disappointing and distressing. The workplace culture is toxic, dominated by bullying behavior, favoritism, and a lack of integrity. Promotions and bonuses are distributed within a closed circle of colleagues, many of whom have been recruited directly from AstraZeneca, often bypassing fair recruitment practices. Leadership positions are granted to individuals who demonstrate poor ethics and low morale, further perpetuating a culture of mistrust and injustice. HR lacks transparency and fails to uphold basic standards of fairness, often turning a blind eye to serious issues raised by employees. The environment is highly political, with an alarming tendency to cover up problems rather than address them constructively. I was ultimately forced to seek legal advice due to the severity of the situation. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone who values professionalism, respect, and ethical standards.
