      Pros

      Share schemes are great Some talented people, though they are dwindling in numbers. There are some great managers, but....

      Cons

      Some appalling, inexperienced and incompetent managers in roles where they are well out of their depth...non transparent recruitment methods in the disguise of ‘talent management’. Though no one has any idea who is in the talent management pools and what the criteria are. Favouritism and nepotism are rife. Constant restructures and reorganisation.. change in direct with new CEO. Job insecurity. Fewer people to do the same work, but that’s okay because processes will be simplified...not seeing a vast lot of evidence to support that!

      Flexible schedule, great company care, not too many national meetings, decent salary

      Micromanagement is rampant, tons of busywork, compensation is not based on effort, no support from upper level management. Managers play favorites

      Basic wage good. Shares package good. Pension good.

      Cons

      Management very poor - people in positions they aren’t qualified for so the pressure all falls to the shop floor staff. Safety first; unless it effects production.
