      great pay and benefits, strong 401k program, a lot of flexibility in working from home

      Cons

      a strong "managing up" mentality, difficult processes that are different throughout functions making it hard to get things done, want to be a fast moving company yet have very slow processes to get things done

      Pros

      The teams are fantastic people, great benefits and overall nice place to work. Transparency, respect, integrity and patient focus are truly at the front of everything they stand for.

      Cons

      Management have a lot to learn when redundancy looms. Mental health issues do not exist to management and loyalty counts for nothing. Too much “not what you know, it’s who you know” still abundant for a global company.
