      Pros

      It's a good place to work as people are generally friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Lack of career progression unless you're one of the "select few" or from Grad programmes or SuperStar employee. The company tends to look after their own first, creating roles for people to keep them rather than roles that are really required. It is one of the few MNCs that I have worked with that had more Directors than employees......many Directors that have the title but no direct reporting lines......it's waste of $$$$$

      Some line managers really, really good Flexible location working - closest site, HQ, WFH

      Cons

      Senior leaders more worried about their position than delivering best for business/patients. Flip flop between latest management 'fad' as if it's the best thing on earth. All work has to be a 'force fit' to the latest model/style...until it is forgotten or a new model comes along. More concerned with following process than understanding requirements.

      Pros

      Improving the quality of peoples lives by producing world class pharmaceuticals allowing them to do more, feel better and live longer

      Cons

      Some of the tasks can be laborious and repetitive while others can be very stressful. In my opinion there is very little training with limited progression opportunities. Operators become pigeon holed into doing one task all the time unless your face fits. Blue eyed boy syndrome is prevalent throughout the factory.
