      Pros

      Events, small gifts for every events, that's all. Overall, best fit for juniors to gain experience, if you have been there done that, this place only wastes your time. It also depends on the team you work with.

      Cons

      Low salary, no clear career path, micromanagement and manipulative management, buck-passing teams, exploited until the last day. When you resign, they have multiple small talks under the guise of 'negotiation', but instead gaslight, blame your reasons for leaving, and tell you to improve to fit in. How does lowering self-esteem help convince someone to stay, and how can you ask someone to fit in while they already want to leave lol? 1st time seeing "easy to get in, hard to leave". If you leave, they'll try to extend your stay with promises to "help," but it's just more tasks and deadlines. Clearly your extra time only helps the company, not you. Poor handovers and double standards for new hires.

      The vibe here is awesome! It’s a super friendly crew, and the culture’s all about collaboration and having a good time while doing great work. Plus, you get to dive into some seriously exciting projects with amazing IPs—it’s the kind of stuff that keeps you pumped to come to work!

      Cons

      As we all know the games industry can be turbulent at times, compensation could be higher, though there are alot of other beneifts to consider.
