Pros

The people on the ground floor of the studio are great. Friendly, welcoming, nice and talented people who have great things in their future, just probably not at Gameloft unless things change very soon.

Cons

HQ is a curse on the lives of the people who work at Gameloft. The absurdly convoluted structure means that there are constant edicts coming down which just end up tying the studios in knots and not allowing them to do their actual jobs. And when they do get a chance to code/draw/design/etc. it's whatever HQ has told them to do. And then they get the blame/overtime when nothing goes well.

Where creativity and passion die.

Pros

Some cool people worked there...and if you're into video games, it's a big plus. Otherwise, not much more to it.

Cons

Where do I start? Relentless overtime...rude bosses...don't give their employees ANYTHING (even coffee was $0.75 or so). Outdated and recycled computer monitors, etc. Head office dictated EVERYTHING from Paris, which made managers in Toronto insecure and always stressed out.

Pros

The teammates you meet are the only good thing about that hellhole

Cons

Long hours, no room to grow, have to work on weekends, HQ controls everything so I really don't know why they even bother hiring creative talent. You cannot be an artist there because they control every single thing you do. Cockroaches all over the kitchen. Your hard work is never appreciated and nobody ever tells you you're doing a good job. Only negative feedback
