      Pros

      Depending of studio and the country but in general terms the artists don't have too much pressure, and the work environment is quite good. The colleagues use to be nice people. Some projects are very interesting.

      Cons

      Developers and producers do a lot of overtime The salaries, compare to the industry salary average, is not high. In some studios due their location the salaries compare to the national salary average is considered high, but in others the salary is not bad but also not good.

      Pros

      Good culture, good business, great games, very good peers. Very good domain as Mobile gaming is very green at the moment and Gameloft is top player in the industry at the moment. By the way, its a very nice city to live in :)

      Cons

      No learning, Decisions are dynamic and we cannot expect what happens next to project/ to the company. It got shut down in Hyderabad recently. The decision making of the leadership is poor and it does not confide with your passion to keep up.

      Pros

      Good and talented officemates who are ready to share their knowledge and expertise. Learned a lot since the beginning of my stay.

      Cons

      Not good management which leads to a lot of crunch sometimes.. It's good that it's handsomely compensated though but depends on your job scope.
