Good people, bad habits

Pros

You have flexible timetables, you can find the most nice people and you get a decent health coverage. Nice ambient.

Cons

No paid extra time, salaries are very low, the management is not professional, the tasks requests are badly placed by the Marketing/Business group. Always strugling for power between the principal managers. Too much presure for many people that find this unpleasant. Comunication is awful.

Pros

can make really good friends with artist, and 70% of time is not really busy. Most of the game designers and producers are fine.

Cons

had some really stupid producers and game designers..don't know what to do and can't deside nothing.....Orders from French are like god's oracle to them...
