Good and smart people; great team environment; A lot of opportunity to grow.

Cons

Fast paced environment, which I like. Things are constantly changing - no monotony! But in the past, processes were not well defined and the rhythm was hard, with lots of things to do in tiny deadlines. Now, the launch of new games was reduced and they're more focused on increasing the quality of the products, adding new features to the most important games.

- Has a lot of great benefits - Pays a good salary if you can show that you are worth it. - Most of the coworkers are incredible people.

Cons

- Management is straight up terrible, they are sinking the company with their bad ideas. - A lot of micromanagement, from a lot of different teams. - Don't expect any promotion after a few years at the company. Get a better offer somewhere else and try to get a counter offer. Or just leave. - Communication among all teams is awful. - Management does not like people working from home/remotely.
