Pros

Really flexible hours, tons of nice ideas and good projects, management is always worried about everyone's well being. Finantially solid, good location, perks and good salary.

Cons

The feeling of spreading thin, with many projects going on at the same time. Wish we could focus in one big project and feel more dedicated to its success.

Pros

I've never seen a company with as many perks as Gazeus. The employees have snacks and massages available, day off on their birthdays, long holidays and recesses, several awesome parties. It's a great place to be and to grow in, with lots of interesting things/projects happening all the time. The compensation is very good, the offices are great and the atmosphere is wonderful.

Cons

There's often too much going on and not as many people to do things. Communication isn't the best, but is already being improved.
