Pros

Good salary for entry level

Cons

I honestly don't have a good experience, I was mainly working with people much older than me, and during my onboarding process, I was given a mentor that wasn't helpful at all. Maybe because the mentor is your own colleague in the same position as you and they care only about their own success and they see you more like a competition. They pretend to be supportive only in front of the senior management. Nevertheless, the salary and benefits are great, and you might have a different experience, maybe try to apply for other position, such as management trainee and don't go for the sales or retention position.
