Pleasant work environment with approachable senior staff who are helpful and available. International company culture. Work from home capability. Pleasant office space with lots of light and ergonomic desk set-ups.

Cons

Cumbersome relationship between the regional office in the US and the headquarters in Europe with less-than-clear communication. High workload volumes with not enough staff to meet the challenge of a never-ending stream of complex tasks.

Everything else is crap including the people. They expect you to do all the job immediately and the targets are unattainable. You will go crazy out of your mind. Stupid mancom. Worthless pieces of trash
