Pros

Good benefits and high pay - but you can find it anywhere else

Cons

Managers bully you, lie to you, scream at you, don’t accept feedback and belittle you, bad micromanagement, they really count every hour you work and expect you to work overtime, there is no flexibility, they are not agile, the managers are not even technical and everything follows outdated styles and outdated technology, the it departament is their lowest priority and they will put you down if you work there, no credit for your work.
