- Awesome office environment, with beautiful sea views - The company is rather forward-looking and willing to drive change - Aggressive people will get their fair share of opportunities - Its online business is still promising

Cons

- Event business has been badly impacted by covid - A lot of the workforce has moved to China, and management style has become too Chinese (aka counterproductive) - Lots of legacy issues with systems, people - Poor compensations & benefits: Most staff don't get any bonus
