Pros

Really nice working environment, and bosses are very nice and pay attention to employee's career growth. Great work-life balance. You never need to pick up a work phone call from home. Clear vision on the market. And it's done a good job in the cooperate marketing.

Cons

It does not provide a very competitive compensation plan. There are too many systems in the company, take some time to figure out which is which.

work-life balance, you get off work at exactly 4:30pm or 5:30pm unless there is a problem with your magazine

Cons

They lay off people then hire people. It's a cycle. AND NO HEALTH CARD
