      Pros

      Everything other than the role/manager was good. Great benefits, office, food, etc.

      Cons

      Very difficult to do the job due to strict environmental security controls. Team is only designed to do one specific function, so there is no growth. They will low-ball people when giving the offer because they know you will join even with slightly lower pay.
