Higher management within cloud obsess over the wrong things Rest of Google see cloud as subpar Customer focus is poor, who creates a service, gets customers to use it, then kill it off? Approach of using open source in services good, but integration between gcp services and open source outside of gcp is not optimal A weird hiring burst of sales, when they don't have much to sell

Becoming more and more bureaucratic, senior leadership in the UK detached from the business and have started to impose micro-management through the business. Sometimes get a feeling of being a number and not a human. Lack of authenticity or inspiration from senior leadership
