      Pros

      Benefits and pay are the only two reasons. Brand adds too.

      Cons

      Google has been a mixed journey. Surprising to see some useless managers and leaders with no vision. Expected better tech stack with a strong leader. Check with internal friends, LinkedIn contacts about the team before joining, Managers do not have spine to stand up for their employees. Policies are super messed up. HRs do not take their ownership. In another 5 years Google will become next Genpact or HCL I feel if things go like this.
