      flexibility focus on results brilliant coworkers I got to pitch ideas to people wildly above my level and be taken seriously Google managed to turn the ship on AI and end up with a fatter budget, props really

      A lot of reorgs, though with the ship changing course that's to be expected Depending on team can be very difficult to get promoted Compliance is a gigantic time eater and there's nothing we can do about it
