      Good benefits, flexible work location, smart co-workers

      Cons

      Toxic Culture: Not a strong enterprise sales focused company, weak senior sales leadership that isn't in alignment with their field team, confusing comp plan that is very difficult to achieve and lots of micro-management and threats. If you're a strong enterprise sales person consider alternatives.

      Pros

      Working for Google is amazing, it opens doors, there are opportunities and it is exciting.

      Cons

      Google Cloud is NOT Google. Avoid at all costs. The culture is toxic. The new management (ex Salesforce) are inexperienced with enterprise business. Harassment is rife and a culture of blame is the norm. Quotas are impossible and the basic pay is lower than industry standard. The grass is definitely NOT greener. Do not join, you will regret it.
