Great perks and offices, cash rich so no penny pinching, google culture is amazing, truly embraces innovation. Incredible CEO. Transparency and accountability of leadership. Some incredible talent to work for and with.

Cons

Too pure sales focused - need to focus on value sale not just tech sale. Limited mobility out of cloud. Hiring people that compromise the culture. Tough to get promoted.
