Cons
Non-inclusive work environment (team members from the same country will exclude you and if they are the majority, you're gonna feel alienated) Manager is not interested in unblocking you. Their only job is to evaluate your performance and they have no interest in helping you with the blockers or providing any help with any acomodations. In my experience, it's hard to find a transfer for more junior roles.
