- Excellent office facilities, excellent benefits and healthcare coverage. - Great products overall

- For the past few years, the hiring has been focused on who you know inside the company vs what you can contribute for the role. (Hence you need to be very independent to survive here) - Job ladder progression or role movements are impossible unless you belong in the special group. (Focus on finding your own fulfilment) - Very reporting heavy. A new report template each day to point out your shortcomings help you be more productive.

During my three year tenure I had the most unprofessional manager of my entire 15 year technology sales career. He used unprofessional language, yelled, talked over me, assumed the worst, berated, bullied me, and blocked my success. Meanwhile, my all reviews from technical leaders, sales leaders, and peers were outstanding. This person is still at GCP in a leadership position despite several formal complaints filed against him.
