      Great idea. Flexible schedule

      Agree with others. Pay is inconsistent. Not a lot of work. You can't rely on this as oncome. It's more of a Hobby. There are times if I am lucky to make $3 hr. In the beginning it was closer to $15 and that seemed under for the time and effort put in. On average..probably only $10. It can be draining jumping from one user to another now that we are unable to stay with a client. It was so much better in the beginning.

      Anything you can imagine - free food, onsite gym, doctor, dentist, post office, swimming pool, super intelligent people to work with and learn from, interesting projects at a global scale, loads of internal training available etc

      Cons

      You hit a ceiling at a certain level, need to move to California for more senior jobs. Also no products are being built in Dublin, so if you want to work on a product team, you need to be elsewhere - London, Zurich etc.
