Better than Supercuts. Pay is usually minimum wage with little to no raises.

Cons

New hires get paid more than you.

Pros

No chemical services . Always busy. The stylists work well together. Money is decent for the area.

Cons

It's always busy. Can be overwhelming if you arent used to it. You are expected to service haircut clients on average in 17m or less from call back to check out , including consult , rough dry/finger style and product demonstration and recommendation. You are timed on everything including the time it takes u to clean and reset your station as well as client retention. It becomes more about your numbers than customer connection or satisfaction. The Managment has been inconsistant for the entirety of my 13y employment changing hands every couple years . They present themselves as 'family oriented' but wont hesitate to speak down to you or about you to other employees, or each other. If you become injured or sick and it causes any Inconvenience to them they will treat you as such and they are not above printing misinformation about your integrity as an employee or your ability to communicate in official documents in order to make senerios appear to favor themselves Or wrongfully reprimand you for time keeping mistakes made by a manager even if you have proof they entered the wrong scheduals but had you work different hours making it look like you were late and left early every day. Ive personally watched managment stalk employee social media accounts and gossip about them as well as disclose private employee information to other employees for the same purpose. My personal expieriance, Very unprofessional and untrust worthy managment at this location.
