Honestly, I don’t think there are many cons. I have worked in many salons, and this is one of the best

The company itself has a lot to offer, with training and the way it wants to give back to community.

Cons

Management at this store is abusive to employees in a passive aggressive manner. Franchisee is not around enough to affect a positive change.

The Stigma behind the "type" of Salon we are and how some people think that only unqualified stylists work here.
