Base pay plus bonuses ,great co-workers, flexible schedule, on going training, opportunities for advances super plus not dealing with harsh cemicals

Cons

it is a fast pace with I don't mind makes the day go faster

Quick to receive a job. Don't even have to be good as long as you can get them in and out.

Pros

Have worked for them in some capacity for 20 years. Great pay, excellent benefits not provided by most other salons, wonderful people, great team work, flexible schedules and can grow with your life as it changes.

Cons

No cons, however we are hard working, dedicated professionals who take pride in our craft. It is not for everyone but if you utilize the tools, education and learn the system you can be very successful.
