      Pros

      I liked doing men's hair. Learning different techniques with fading etc. Tips were not the worst. I did get promoted as a manager.

      Cons

      I had managed several stores for this particular owner. Never felt appreciated. I went above and beyond to promote. And the owner chose to barely advertise. Esp when I sent many, many things of people trying to work with him. General managers are on way too much of a powertrip and need to get over themselves. Had to work by myself alot.

      Working with such talented stylist . Paid vacation , most major hoidays off and paid . Flexible scheduling , rewards for good work , contest to keep staff motivated, employee of the month every month . Fantastic owners .

      Cons

      Working with employees that are all different ages , they are each different in their own way . Finding a way to balance the teams .
