      Pros

      Team atmosphere, everyone is part of the family, tons of clientele for everyone, great pay & benefits, lots of perks like salon parties, contests for trips to the beach, awards. Fast paced & fun place to be!

      Cons

      Can't have a restricted schedule since we don't take appointments everyone has to be fully flexible.

      I've started from the bottom and I've done nothing but grow with the company! I love my franchisee and my team. I'm happy to be apart of one of the biggest markets on the east coast! #NORFOLKMARKETPLACE

      The "numbers" we are suppose to exceed keep getting higher. But it is possible to hit an average .
